Regardless of who you are or where you come from, the therapy space needs to be non-judgemental, empathic and be a space where you can begin to heal, develop, reflect and grow, and that is the main purpose of SEA Psychology, to provide a space that is reflective and uses evidence-based practice in a culturally informed and trauma informed manner.

Founded by Sinqobile Elevia Aderinoye, SEA Psychology is an independent psychology practice, created with the intention to create a reflective and psychologically informed space for meaningful therapeutic work that is underpinned by evidence-based psychological approaches namely Psychodynamic Therapy, DBT, and the integration of CBT and CAT techniques and skills in sessions.
The practice integrates evidence-based psychological approaches with thoughtful attention to emotional wellbeing, identity, relationships, culture, migration, life transitions, professional stress and adult ADHD.
Our work is grounded in the belief that psychological care should be both clinically rigorous and deeply human.
